Addeo, the former chief operating officer of Serco NA and president of AT&T Government Solutions, as president of its Defense Systems Group, the company’s largest business unit. CRGT, a provider of information technology solutions to the federal government, has appointed Marco deVito as chief operating officer, where he will be responsible for the operational leadership of the company. Prior to joining CRGT, he most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Joint Defense Integrated Solutions business of CSC. Following the acquisition of Hardigg Industries, Pelican Products has appointed Dave Williams as vice president to manage the integration of the two businesses. With nearly 30 years of executive and management experience, Williams will oversee and coordinate the task of uniting the two companies for maximum efficiency and profitability. BAE Systems has named Gene Glazar president of its newly formed Information Solutions business, based in Reston, Va. Glazar previously was vice president of business development for the company’s former Customer Solutions operating group. Northrop Grumman has named David L. Ryan sector vice president for business development at its Information Systems sector, reporting directly to Linda A.
