Major General Robert W. Cone has been assigned as special assistant to the commanding general, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. He most recently served as commanding general, Combined Security Transition Command- Afghanistan, U.S. Central Command, Operation Enduring Freedom.

Digimation announced the addition of two key employees at its new Orlando office.  Rochelle Free joins the team as marketing manager and will be responsible for the overall vision and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. Also joining the team is Grant Niesner as technical director. Niesner will be responsible for the creative direction, quality and management of projects as well as Digimation’s production team.

Quantum3D Inc. announced that Alan Commike has been promoted to the position of chief technology officer. He brings nearly two decades of technology leadership to the position.

Mymic LLC announced the following new members of its corporate team: Kevin Brown, senior analyst and individual training subject matter expert to the Joint Training Team in support of the Joint Knowledge Development Distribution Capability; Mark Eller, training analyst in support of the Joint Warfighting Center, Strategy, Plans and Assessment Division at USJFCOM; and David Drucker, research analyst within Mymic’s Analysis, Training and Assessment Group, supporting a variety of Mymic projects including studies in ethnographic assessment, combat medic training, and after action reviews.

Cole Engineering Services announced George R. Nelson, a retired U.S. Army colonel, joined the company as executive vice president, business development.

Joe Giunta is PEO STRI’s new principal assistant, responsible for contracting. His previous assignment was PEO strategic integrator, where he served as the acquisition subject matter expert and advisor for PEO STRI on outreach policies and procedures. ♦
