Laser Shot Inc. announced the appointment of John Gritschke as Range Systems sales manager, where he will be primarily responsible for its livefi re fi rearms training solutions. Gritschke brings with him 22 years in the weapons training sector of the defense industry, with extensive experience in the law enforcement and military fields.

The Federal Government Distance Learning Association announced the induction of G.A. Redding into its Hall of Fame. Redding has provided over two decades of distinguished service to the Department of Defense and other federal organizations. He is currently the senior policy adviser for DoD’s Advanced Distance Learning initiative.
Linda Fenty, Ph.D., has joined L-3 Communications, MPRI, as vice president, human performance solutions. She will be working with business integration and business development for the newly formed Training Systems Group, a merger of the Simulation Group Division and the Don Patterson Associates organization. Fenty brings with her signifi cant experience in training, education and training technologies in commercial and government industries.
